These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kn88 platform and all services provided under it. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. Please read them carefully and in full.

1Introduction & Acceptance

kn88 is an online gaming platform that offers casino games, sports betting, and other digital gaming services. In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the kn88 website, mobile version, and all related services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any individual who holds a registered account.

2Eligibility & Age Limit

To use the kn88 platform and create an account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — For ages 21+
• You must operate the account as a valid and active individual, personally and in your own name.
• You are not residing in or located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• Your account has not previously been cancelled or suspended by kn88.

kn88 strictly prohibits minors from creating accounts or using the platform. kn88 may request relevant identity documents at any time for age verification purposes. Any account registered using false information may be cancelled at any time and all balances in that account may be forfeited.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each user may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. kn88 detects duplicate accounts using technical methods and reserves the right to cancel such accounts without notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information regarding your name, address, phone number, or any other detail may result in withdrawals being suspended pending account verification, or the account being cancelled entirely.

3.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change, you are responsible for notifying the kn88 support team promptly. Any transaction delays caused by outdated information are the user's responsibility.

4Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. The following points are important to keep in mind:

• Do not share your password with anyone — kn88 staff will never ask for your password.
• If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• Renting, selling, or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple individuals operating accounts from the same device is not prohibited, but if done for fraudulent purposes, all associated accounts will be cancelled.

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. kn88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from the use of your account by an unauthorised person.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

The currently approved payment methods on kn88 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your name — funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

5.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).

5.3 Processing Time

After a successful deposit, your account is generally credited instantly. Approved withdrawals may take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. If additional verification is required, this time may be somewhat longer.

5.4 Deposit & Withdrawal Conditions

• If an active bonus wagering requirement is ongoing at the time of a withdrawal request, it must be completed first.
• You are encouraged to deposit and withdraw using the same method.
• For failed or disputed transactions, contact support — issues are not resolved automatically.
• If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, kn88 may initiate a verification process, during which the withdrawal may be temporarily suspended.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at kn88 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500. Depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳24,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is applicable only once and usable once per account.
• Attempting to withdraw cash without meeting the bonus conditions may result in the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus being forfeited.
• Attempting to use bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated betting may result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• kn88 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer without prior notice.

6.4 VIP Program

The kn88 VIP program has four tiers. The Bronze tier offers a weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, and Platinum up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play and activity. kn88 independently determines the criteria for VIP tier classification.

7Responsible Gaming

kn88 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming is an entertainment activity — it should not be treated as a source of income.

• Users can contact support to set their own deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits.
• If signs of gaming addiction appear, you may request that your account be temporarily or permanently closed.
• kn88 may, on its own initiative, restrict an account if problematic gaming behaviour is detected.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kn88 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Abusing bonuses through fraudulent or artificial betting patterns.
• Using automated bots or software to operate games.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches or bugs in the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using the platform's services for any unlawful purpose.
• Any form of hacking or cyber attack that could harm the platform.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, kn88 may cancel the relevant account without prior notice, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

9Intellectual Property

All content published on the kn88 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of kn88 or its licensors. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.

The game software and content used on the platform are owned by the respective game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. The content of these providers is protected under their own licensing agreements.

10Limitation of Liability

kn88 will not be liable for the following:

• Interruption or loss in a game session due to internet connection issues.
• Any loss caused by problems with the user's own device or network.
• Service disruptions from third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Loss suffered by one user as a result of another user's breach of these Terms.
• Odds, statistics, or game results displayed incorrectly due to technical errors.

kn88 always strives to maintain service quality, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance with prior notice.

11Policy Changes

kn88 reserves the right to amend these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or any other policy at any time. For significant changes, a notification may be issued through the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes. You are advised to check this page regularly.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of a conflict between the Bengali version and any translation into another language, the Bengali version will prevail.
